I sew a little.
(well, more than I used to)
I read a lot.
I love the fashion district in LA with its stacks
of cheap-ass dresses,
knock-off coats,
mildly deformed shoes.
I coordinate weddings for friends.
I love the flower market at three in the morning,
peonies, ivy and moss,
arms full of roses.
I drive a stick-shift
(My boyo says I have a lead foot. I say I’m efficient).
I am a dancer,
and a wearer of awesome hats.

I also make garters. With pockets.
