Nothing official, just a mish-mash:
Balance Ball stretching + 15 ball jumping jacks
3 rounds of:
30 jumping jacks
10 burpees (haaaaate)
15 overhead press (15# weights (no bar available))
20 bent rows (10# weights)
1 handstand hold (trying for balance off of wall)
1 full pull-up, 1 kicking and struggling and collapsing pull-up.
(Shutup. It TOTALLY counts.)
