Yesternight’s Workout:

 

Nothing official, just a mish-mash:

Balance Ball stretching + 15 ball jumping jacks

3 rounds of:

30 jumping jacks
30 squats
10 burpees (haaaaate)
15 overhead press (15# weights (no bar available))
30 situps
20 bent rows (10# weights)
1 handstand hold (trying for balance off of wall)

1 full pull-up, 1 kicking and struggling and collapsing pull-up.

(Shutup. It TOTALLY counts.)

 

Going to give myself a tougher one tonight,
if my currently bitching and moaning uterus will let me,
that is.

Or I’ll just make cranberry sauce.

    I can’t even do one kicking struggling and collapsing pull up… at least not without a stretch band or a chair to help me…

      And something is better than nothing–
      I firmly believe in assisted pull-ups until you can get the strength to do them full–
      you’re still working out your arms!
