Yesternight’s Workout:


With The (former) Roommate, Jessie!



25 squats
10 pushups
10 situps
15 bench jumps
10 burpees
5 chinups/pullups


I skipped the last 4 burpees and pullups–
Jess tapped out for round 5.

It was really nice having someone else do this with me;
Burpees are way more fun when your friend is swearing like a sailor over them, too.

And my whatever-those-muscles-are-between-your-shoulderblades are SORE.
