Yesternight’s Workout:

10 Spiderman pushups
20 Bench jumps
20 Halos
10 Superman lifts
10 Slow knee-hang situps
200m Run

Not much to say about this one–
pretty good,
decent in terms of being challenging.

 

I still feel guilty if I’m not completely thrashed by the end of a workout.

*sigh*
