Yesternight’s Workout:

 

x5

10 slow leg lifts
10 burpees
20 squats
1 min plank-to-pushup position
(I don’t really know how to describe this one…)
10 tuck-ups
100m sprint

 

It was good to know that I really and truly pushed
myself as hard as I could on this one.

We all made it through all five rounds, too!
Yay!!!
