C’est Moi:

I sew a little.
(well, more than I used to)
I read a lot.
I love the fashion district in LA with its stacks
of cheap-ass dresses,
knock-off coats,
mildly deformed shoes.
I coordinate weddings for friends.
I love the flower market at three in the morning,
peonies, ivy and moss,
arms full of roses.
I drive a stick-shift
(My boyo says I have a lead foot. I say I’m efficient).
I am a dancer,
and a wearer of awesome hats.

I also make garters. With pockets.

*grin*

Garters with pockets…now that is utilitarian!

I see you like Pomplamoose. I’ve been listening to My Terrible Friend constantly the last few weeks. I love the song When I Decide.

    Dear CheekyPinky,
I just found your blog accidentally while doing Google Image searches (the way I find lots of fascinating things that I otherwise would never know of).
I have read about two pages or so. Recent posts by you, which has given me a tiny snapshot of your personality, which I love.
In fact, you remind me somewhat of the woman who broke my heart all those years ago…
Well, I just could not help myself to send you a greeting, much as I probably shouldn’t. I wish for you a long & happy life, gentle muse! Well-met! Sincerely, HdL
